August 2021 Update:
Republic Sharefest 2021 will have no worship or communal lunch.
Activities will be limited contact drive-through drop-offs and light kit assembly.
At most locations, we have decided to limit the number of volunteers, drawing first from local church members of host sites. If you are interested in volunteering elsewhere, please contact the location to be put on a stand-by list if conditions allow for more participants.
Attendees will be required to fill out the 2021 Consent & Medical Release Form and bring a copy to the event. Masks, hand hygiene, and social distancing will be required.

The Missouri Annual Conference of The United Methodist Church and Hood UMC have endeavored to make Sharefest a safe ministry. However, in light of the pandemic involving the novel coronavirus responsible for COVID-19, we cannot entirely ensure against the risk of infection. Participants should be aware that participation in any activity involving others carries with it the risk of infection, and everyone should evaluate their decision to participate carefully. In particular, we urge anyone with a condition making them particularly susceptible to moderate or severe symptoms to avoid physical participation entirely.
